• All prices are inclusive of VAT as well as water, power, heating and gas consumptions for the first 3 days.
• The kitchen final cleaning charge for the rental of the whole apartment is € 10,00 per person.
• Heating charge is € 6,00/cubic (gas).
• An extra bed or cot may be added at a charge of € 10,00.
• No pets allowed. Sorry.
• Preferred check-in times are from 4pm to 8 pm; rooms should be vacated by 11 am. In case guests should be travelling late please phone in at 347/1330240.
• Free of charge private parking facility
• Linen change included for stays over four days for both rooms and apartments.
• Prices are inclusive of breakfast (served from 7 am through to 10.30 am) and linens.

Payment conditions:
• 30% down-payment upon booking by means of a money order to the name of: Caponi Donatella, C.S. Pietraia n. 65 – C.A.P. 52042 Cortona (AR).
• Balance to be settled upon arrival.
• A € 150,00 deposit will be required for the apartment.
